My Ayurvedic Training at Ayuskama Institute, Dharamshala
I studied at Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute & Panchakarma Centre in Bhagsu,
Dharamshala, under Dr. Arun Sharma, PhD, a renowned physician who integrates
classical Ayurveda with modern medicine. The institute offers structured training
rooted in classical texts (Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridayam)
combined with real clinical practice
My Experience in Ayurvedic Practice
A brief overview of my abundance of practical skills and applied knowledge gained through
my Ayurvedic training, emphasizing traditional diagnostics, individualized treatment, and the
use of classical Ayurvedic formulations and therapies for both acute and chronic conditions.
