Delivery

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across the UK. For international orders, please contact us before purchasing at info@komorebiwellness.co.uk for expected delivery times within the EU. 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard UK shipping: £3.95 (Free on orders over £50)
  • Express shipping: £6.95

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we accept returns under the following terms:

Eligibility:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care products.

Refunds:
